Greg Antista & The Lonely Streets keep the party rockin’ with their latest track and accompanying video “Tijuana Jail.”
Tijuana has lured Southern California kids for as long as anyone can remember. And apparently things have not changed for Antista and his band of merrymakers who recapture the all the excitement a trip across the border can bring.
Of course while having a blast, there are also those events that travelers should avoid, appropriately: “Tijuana Jail.”
Greg Antista & The Lonely Streets are a fun band to check out, particularly in a live environment which is at least possible to do now that the band is once again able to grace the SoCal stages.
Directed by Frank Ordonez, the “Tijuana Jail” video complements the song’s furious surf-guitar shimmy with a parade of go-go girls, mustached Mexican “Federales,” sniffer dogs, and even bar fight or two.
“Tijuana Jail” is the first video from the group’s second album, Under the Neon Heat. The track is also out now digitally. The album follows July 16 on CD, download, and 180-gram hot pink vinyl via Primal Beat Records. All formats are available for pre-order at Road Dog Merch and Bandcamp.
