Songwriter Ali Tamposi, who penned hits like “Señorita” for Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes and “Stronger” for Kelly Clarkson, has sold her 1930s-style Los Angeles home for more than $3 million.
Tamposi, whose blockbuster songs also include Cabello’s “Havana” (2017), along with songs for Beyonce, 5 Seconds of Summer and Chainsmokers, listed her Los Feliz-area home in November for $2.8 million.
The young songwriter originally from West Palm Beach, Fla., has an impressive music pedigree.
Most recently,”Señorita” was the No. 1 song of the summer for Mendes and Cabello (2019). Clarkson’s “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” was written in 2011.
Tamposi’s home is a classic Mediterranean-style abode that she bought in 2017. It was built in 1939 during the height of Hollywood glamour. The 3,521-foot home had a remodel in 2015 and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen with island.
It’s a gated three-story structure with a guest house on property. The spacious and contemporary home has a large fireplace and great room with 15-foot ceiling.
There is an added special feature: A roof terrace with a fire pit and views of the Griffith Observatory.
