It’s going to be a hot year for music performances in 2020, featuring shows from performers like The Wonder Years, We Came as Romans and Of Montreal.
The Wonder Years band is working on a new album called Burst and Decay (Volume II), which they’ll be touring in California and beyond. Catch the Lansdale, Pennsylvania-based band at LA’s Regent Theater, San Diego’s Observatory, the Glasshouse in Pomona and the Great American Music House in San Francisco in March. Check out the band’s Facebook page.
We Came As Romans will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of To Plant a Seed with shows in Sacramento and Los Angeles. For more info see the We Came As Romans Facebook page.
Of Montreal, led by Kevin Barnes — whose ability to look good and sound great whether in a dress, skirt or wild wig — will be hitting the road with a stop at LA’s Regent Theatre. The band’s newest song, “Peace to All Freaks” is a fun throwback sound to the best in classic pop. The new album, UR Fun comes out in January. Check out Of Montreal’s Facebook page.
Poison The Well will commemorate the 20th anniversary of their first LP The Opposite of December… A Season of Separation at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles on Jan. 18. The band will perform the record in it’s entirety plus more songs. Check out the band’s Facebook page.
