New music videos from Black Leather Jacket, Alice Merton and Sharon Van Etten are among the selections on the weekend California Rocker Playlist.
Black Leather Jacket kick off the weekend list with the rousing “Village People” music video. Black Leather Jacket music is available on Mayway records.
Canadian-born Merton came to popularity with the single “No Roots,” which is included on her new album Mint. Remind Me Tomorrow is the first album for Sharon Van Etten since 2014.
Also on the California Rocker Playlist are Upsahl with the quirky but straightforward “Drugs,” the multi-tasking Jesse Miller and Lotus on “Fortune Favors,” Bayonne, who play The Echo on May 7, and Karen O and Danger Mouse with “Woman.”
