Lindsey Buckingham and his wife are going their own way, away from their Brentwood LA mansion, which they have listed for $29.5 million according to The Wall Street Journal.
The home of the guitarist and producer who recently had a split from Fleetwood Mac, has all the amenities one would expect at a rock star’s pad, including a recording studio and tennis court. The home is situated on a 1.3-acre lot.
The 10,000-square-foot estate has seven bedrooms a two-story tower and a billiards room. Outside near the tennis court there’s a gym, swimming pool and guesthouse.
The couple bought the land in 2004 for $6.6 million. They built the home themselves, with Kristen, an interior designer, leading the project. Brentwood is a section of West LA that offers proximity to the 405 Freeway, UCLA and shopping and dining.

Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland is sharing the listing with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.
The couple sold another home in Brentwood last year for $19 million.
