Devon Allman hits the road with the 20 Years Strong Tour, celebrating 20 years since the release of his first album and national tour. The tour kicks off on August 13 in Portsmouth, NH.
The 20 Years Strong Tour is a special retrospective show featuring music from his latest release, “Blues Summit.” The new album highlights the talents of Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Robert Randolph, Jimmy Hall, Larry McCray, Sierra Green, among others.
Devon Allman is the son of Gregg Allman, and over the years, he’s captured the essence of the Allman Brothers’ legacy with his bands The Allman Betts Band, Royal Southern Brotherhood, Honeytribe, and Devon Allman & Donavon Frankenreiter’s Rollers.
Allman first gained recognition with Honeytribe and later as co-founder of the supergroup Royal Southern Brotherhood. Since then, he has carved out an independent career that honors the traditions of blues and the jam-band world while delivering a modern sound and original songwriting voice.
With multiple albums and years of global touring under his belt, Allman is known for electrifying live performances, top-tier musicianship, and a signature style that blends blues, rock, soul, and improvisation into a distinctly contemporary Southern sound.
