Post Malone showed his appealing personality, thanked his Mom for her support, talked a September album and sat down to sing an Irish-themed tune on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.”
Playing “Beer Pong” and reminiscing with Fallon, Malone’s modest and fun-loving appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” was a different style than the rapper’s on-stage persona. These days, he has a country bent and once said he had great respect for Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw and Brad Paisley.
The new album has a “lot of cool fresh type stuff” and when asked about what his mom thought about his music he said his mom “usually never tells me it’s bad, she says ‘Oh my God, you did such a good job.'”
Malone also chatted about Posty Fest, which takes place on Nov. 2 in Dallas.
Malone told Fallon the album is coming out in September, from which he played a nice cut.
The Irish duet of the ditty “Seven Drunken Nights” was a good performance as both Fallon and Malone hoisted a beer and had a laugh. Earlier in the show, Fallon introduced a special issue Post Malone Bud Light. Also featured on the show was Tyler Childers making his TV debut.
