“The Wild One Forever” birthday celebration for Tom Petty will take place at The Bootleg Theater on the night of Petty’s birthday, Oct. 20th, 2018. Heartbreakers bassist Ron Blair headlines the celebration.
Blair will perform with Chris Torres and his band. Johnny Echols of Love will collaborate with some of LA’s best musicians. Brent Rademaker and Gospelbeach, Chip Kinman of Fdmdxfd, Barbara Manning, LoveyDove, Parting Lines, Azalia Snail, d’Animal, Sarah Kramer with Don Heffington and other performers will also interpret some of Petty’s most poignant songs.
