Mike Campbell is hitting the Instagram airwaves and will host a regular videologue from behind the scenes of the Fleetwood Mac tour. The Fleetwood Mac 2018-2019 Tour launches Tuesday, Oct. 16.
Campbell was selected along with Neil Finn to join Fleetwood Mac last April.
“This is the beginning of my videologue,” says Mike in his first installment, presumably photographed by a friend or bandmate. “I’ll be checking with you throughout the tour and let you know where we are and what’s happening.”
The songwriter, lead guitarist and co-founder of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers then walks around the dressing room, pointing out some fringe benefits.
“Then over here we have our standard rock star assortment of food, we have grapes, cheese and little crackers,” he points out.
He even threw in a plug for his band The Dirty Knobs.

Fleetwood Mac Plays Three Nights at The Forum
Fleetwood Mac will hit more than 50 U.S. Cities on tour through the Spring of 2019.
Peter Green founded Fleetwood Mac in 1967. Fleetwood Mac is celebrating half a century of music with a new tour and a new 50-song collection, 50 Years – Don’t Stop.

The tour kicks off Tuesday, Oct. 16 in Indianapolis, hits San Jose on Nov. 21, Sacramento on Nov. 23, Oakland Nov. 25, Phoenix Nov. 28, Las Vegas Nov. 30, Fresno on Dec. 6, San Diego on Dec. 8 and wraps up the West Coast with three nights at The Forum.
