By DONNA BALANCIA

On The Water Festival, which was set for Oct. 12-13 in Huntington Beach, has been cancelled according to a post on the festival’s website.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, On The Water scheduled for Huntington State Beach on October 12 and 13, 2019 is cancelled,” the website reads.

Front Gate Tickets will be issuing refunds to all fans who purchased a ticket, according to the website.

Headliners for the festival which was produced by Synergy Global Entertainment, were 311, Slightly Stoopid, The Interrupters and Dirty Heads. Synergy Global Entertainment produced Gnarlytown and Real Street Fest.

According to reports, SGE has shut down. The website for the company no longer functions.

The website for another one of SGE’s festivals, Surf City Blitz had been dark until yesterday when the site was back up and running but now appears to be operated by Front Gate Tickets and lists last year’s headliners.

In July, SGE said it would undergo reorganization and earlier that month the group pulled the plug on its Super Mega Ultra Giant Mad Decent Block Party Festival at Gillette in Boston.
