Goldenvoice has reinforced that Rock and Roll is a staple of its festival portfolio with the announcement that Neil Young, Robert Plant, Jack White, Kings of Leon and the Pretenders will headline Arroyo Seco Weekend June 23-24 in Pasadena.
Americana and Rock Lovers at Arroyo
The second annual Pasadena-based festival caters to regional, post-30, Americana and rock music lovers. Last year thousands of predominantly California rock fans packed Brookside at the Rose Bowl to see the late Tom Petty and Alabama Shakes.
Major Rock Power Arroyo Seco Weekend
This year the festival has topped that bill, serving up some major star power who appeal to the more mature audiences with Young, Plant, White, the Pretenders and also Kings of Leon, Alanis Morisette, Third Eye Blind and Gary Clark Jr.

Local Favorites at Arroyo Seco Weekend
Oh, and don’t forget the surprise hit from last year, Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer orchestra who return this year. Other local favorites include Los Lobos, who make their first Arroyo Seco appearance along with Shakey Graves, Margo Price, The Bangles and Fantastic Negrito.
