Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker is one of the most creative musicians of our day and on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” he gave his audience a new trio, performing “Is It True.”

The at-home broadcast of the single off his 2020 album The Slow Rush, showed how clever Parker can be when left to his own, “at-home” devices. He gave viewers three distinct versions of his ambidextrous self — a barefooted bassist, a preppy, sneaker-sporting guitarist and his vocalist self, taking center stage.

Tame Impala managed to get in one of the last big concerts at Pechanga and The Forum in Inglewood before the lockdown. Check out the Tame Impala California shows here at California Rocker.
