Miley Cyrus, Metallica and the Foo Fighters were among the musical stars who paid tribute to the late Chris Cornell at a charity tribute at The Forum.

Josh Homme, The Melvins, Ryan Adams and members of Audioslave were among the musicians who played in memory of Cornell who died May 18, 2017.

Jimmy Kimmel was host and he told the crowd Cornell’s music was important to him.

“I was new to LA, I moved here it was just after the earthquake there were no houses to rent, I was basically homeless a few weeks after I started working at KROQ there was a song called “Spoonman”…
