Kraken Music Fest
The Used, Less Than Jake and Story Of The Year are among the bands set for Kraken Music Fest, which returns to Orlando at The Orlando Amphitheater on Saturday, February 19, 2022.
The third annual Kraken Fest features a mix of punk and rock legends also including The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Evergreen Terrace, We’re Wolves, and The Dev.
Kraken Fest started modestly and evolved into a regular event, with last year’s festival seeing thousands of fans in attendance supporting headliner Taking Back Sunday.
“We are insanely excited for Kraken Fest 2022,” said festival founders Freddy Escobar and Marcelo Ferreira. “Orlando has welcomed us with open arms since our first show there, so we are thrilled to be back and continue to grow.”
“We know this show is gonna go off!” said Less Than Jake vocalist and guitarist Chris DeMakes.

Nick Cave and Warren Ellis
Nick Cave and Warren Ellis are adding new shows to their Spring 2022 North American Tour in support of their album, CARNAGE. A second show has been added in Los Angeles at The Orpheum Theatre on March 10.

Additionally, Cave and Ellis will bring CARNAGE to American homes March 2 when they perform on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
While they have composed and recorded soundtracks together, and Ellis is a long-term member of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, CARNAGE is the first full album of songs Cave and Ellis have released as a duo. The pair’s creative chemistry is rooted in their long history of music making, both as collaborators and as individual artists.
They first crossed paths in 1993, when Ellis played violin on several songs for the Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album Let Love In, before going on to join the band as a full-time member. The two have also recorded in Grinderman, formed in 2006, and have worked together on numerous film and TV scores.

The Black Keys
The Black Keys, singer-guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney, have announced initial details for their Dropout Boogie tour, a 32-date North American run produced by Live Nation beginning July 9 in Las Vegas and wrapping in Los Angeles on October 8. This is the band’s first string of shows since touring in support of their 2019 studio album Let’s Rock (Nonesuch).
Band Of Horses will support on all dates, while Ceramic Animal (July 9-30), Early James (Aug. 24-Sept. 9) and the Velveteers (Oct. 2-18) will open at select performances.
