Hozier has announced a North American headline tour this fall with stops at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, The Observatory in North Park, San Diego and the Fox Theater in Oakland.
The 17-city run begins at Ottawa’s CityFolk Festival on Sept. 15 and includes stops in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles at The Wiltern.
Hozier will also play prominent sets at Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival and Austin City Limits Music Festival.
Fans can expect to hear songs from Hozier’s self-titled debut album as well as new music.

“I’m very excited to announce the upcoming tour for later in the year, which will coincide with the releasing of new work,” Hozier said. “The completion of the record is fast approaching and I’m eager to share it with everyone. Sincere and heartfelt thanks to all the fans for their continued support. Realizing the work in a live setting was such a joy for me last time round and I hope to see you on the road again soon.”
Hozier, whose given name is Andrew Hozier-Byrne, is an award-winning musician, singer and songwriter from Ireland. His debut studio album Hozier was released in October of 2014 and includes the multi-Platinum, Grammy-nominated anthem “Take Me To Church,” the optimistic, up-tempo “Someone New,” “Work Song,” and “From Eden.”
In 2016, Hozier released the album’s closing track “Cherry Wine” as a charity single to create awareness of the domestic abuse problems worldwide with proceeds benefiting a series of international domestic abuse charities.

Hozier followed up his first LP with a soundtrack song “Better Love” from Warner Bros’ adventure film The Legend Of Tarzan starring Alexander Skarsgård, Margot Robbie, Christopher Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson.
He has performed on Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The TODAY Show, and more.
Hozier is working on his second album.
