Tame Impala to Play The Forum, Pechanga, SF and Mexico in March

Tame Impala will be playing three California shows, including one at the Forum in Inglewood, and has announced three Mexico dates, all for next March. Tickets go on sale this week.

More dates may be added, but in the meantime, Tame Impala, AKA Kevin Parker and crew will play the Forum in Los Angeles on March 10, Pechanga Arena in San Diego County on March 9 and Chase Center in San Francisco on March 13. Pre-sale starts as early as Nov. 6.

The band, which is promoting the upcoming album The Slow Rush, will play Mexico City at the Foro Sol on March 19, and Tecate Pal Norte in Monterrey, Mexico on March 20 and March 21.

Tame Impala’s last album Currents on Interscope was released in 2015 and received a GRAMMY nomination in the Alternative Album category in 2016. The 2012 album Lonerism, also received a GRAMMY nom, in 2014.

The Slow Rush will be released February 14, 2020.

Parker came to the U.S. in 2010, where he started out playing small club crowds. Nine years later, Tame Impala is enjoying overwhelming popularity, headlines festivals and venues around the world and has released the three albums Innerspeaker, Lonerism and Currents. 

Parker has also collaborated as a writer and producer with Travis Scott, SZA, Lady Gaga, Mark Ronson, Kanye West, Kali Uchis, Theophilus London, Miguel, A$AP Rocky and others.
