Virtual Band to Play Demon Dayz Fest in LA

By DONNA BALANCIA

Jack Black hits the Venice Beach Boardwalk in the new Gorillaz video “Humility,” a jazzy track off the upcoming album The Now Now.

In the video, Black and his guitar are busking and strolling around as 2D cruises, Noodles participates in a chess match and bassist Ace sabotages a pickup game of basketball. Drummer Russel Hobbs trips up 2D at the end of the video.

Gorillaz has also released the video for “Lake Zurich,” also off The Now Now. The Now Now is available for pre-order. Gorillaz released Humanz last year, their first album since 2011.
