A History of Discovering Rising Stars:
One of the hallmarks of the Joshua Tree Music Festival is its knack for featuring on-the-rise artists before they hit the mainstream. The festival takes pride in its history of spotlighting performers who later go on to achieve remarkable success. Past examples include Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Elle King, the Avett Brothers, Trombone Shorty, Ghostland Observatory, Brett Dennen, and John Butler Trio.

“As a festival, we’ve always believed in the power of discovery,” English said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see artists who have graced our stage go on to make a significant impact in the music industry. This tradition continues with our May 2024 lineup.”
