Bruce Springsteen Returns to The Stone Pony For Boston College Benefit Concert

Bruce Springsteen is on a run — so to speak — and brought his home-spun and beloved music back to the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, where it all began.

Check out cool video by Marty Jablow who was among the lucky ones to enjoy the E-Street band on Saturday night. The show was a benefit for Boston College.

The intimate performance encompassed two hours and The Boss was backed by a host of musicians like Max Weinberg on drums and Bobby Bandiera on guitar.

The upbeat set included “10th Avenue Freeze Out” and “Dancin’ In The Dark” as well as some of his many classics and covers like “634-5789.
