By DONNA BALANCIA — KCSN will expand its annual benefit concert to two nights this year, featuring Sarah McLachlan and Laura Marling on Dec. 5, and Ryan Adams, Conor Oberst and David Gray on Dec. 12.
The benefit concerts will be held at the Valley Performing Arts Center.

“Listeners of KCSN are true believers in the spirit of music,” said Sky Daniels, general manager and program director. “We expanded to two nights this year thanks to the belief of this extraordinary lineup of some of the greatest songwriters of our time.”

Sarah McLachlan plays the KCSN Benefit Concert following her Canadian Tour that moves from Victoria on Oct. 18, with dates in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Halifax, Montreal and wrapping in St. John’s on Nov. 22.
Ryan Adams, is playing dates in the midwest and the East Coast in October and November and plays the U.K. in February and March, 2015.
