Lauren Ruth Ward isn’t above attending a 7 year old’s birthday party.
Especially when it’s Harvard and Stone, the Hollywood venue where she says she’s played 12 times.
Harvard and Stone recently held its 7th anniversary party and gave away free drinks until 10 p.m. — exotic ones at that — and hosted music for the masses.
“Happy Birthday, Harvard and Stone,” Ward called out from the stage where she performed a range of songs and gave the clients an abbreviated but strong version of her usual act.
On hand were a range of attendees, friends and fans including members of the unofficial Lauren Ruth Ward fan club and even a rock star or two like Andrew Martin from Moon Honey and his friends.
Openers were Turtles on Speed and Bjorn and the Sun.
