| Dear friends and family of the Ice House,
First and foremost, I would like to wish every one of you a HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR IN 2022! I realize the past few years have been quite challenging FOR ALL OF US, however, 2022 brings hope and excitement and I’m excited to share with you some of the exciting things to come for us here at the LEGENDARY Ice House.
Maintaining LEGENDARY status requires the ability to change with the times. Change is good, and here it’s going to be LEGENDARY! As some of you may already be aware, the club itself is undergoing massive renovations both inside and out which will transform the Ice House into not only a high-end comedy club but a state-of-the-art multi-functional event venue. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s going on.
Two Showrooms
The Ice House will feature two cutting-edge showrooms with trendy designs while still maintaining some of its legendary history. Showroom 1 is the largest of the two. Each will have its own look and layout. Showroom 1 is the main showroom and the largest of the two. It will feature a combination of reserved seating and booths with bottle service.
Showroom 2 will also feature a combination of reserved seating and booths with bottle service however what sets this room apart from showroom 1 is an interchangeable stage and floor set-up which will allow for a variety of entertainment from live music and dancing to stage show productions.
Two Bars
The Ice House will feature both an indoor bar lounge and an outdoor terrace bar lounge located between the two showrooms. While each will have its own vibrant look and feel both will be serving up a rotating menu of signature craft cocktails from our mixologists and delicious food from our new kitchen.
VIP Lounge
Showroom 1 will also feature a private VIP Lounge capable of seating up to 30 people. In addition to a room assigned food and cocktail server this exclusive lounge will feature its own self-serve bar. Separating the lounge from the main showroom is a giant privacy glass providing a direct view of the main stage while still maintaining privacy from all attendees in the showroom. Book this room, bring a group of friends, family or co-workers and have a VIP experience with all the amenities.
So, there you have it. Just a few hints of some of the exciting things to come. Of course there’s more but I think I’ll keep them a secret for now (wink). Our plan is to re-open this spring. While comedy will remain the mainstay here, we also plan to feature a variety of music and entertainment. I can’t wait until opening night and hope you feel the same.
