An equestrian paradise originally owned by Cher has been listed for $68 million, making it one of the most expensive properties on the market.
The 32,000-square foot, 11-bedroom, 17-bathroom Beverly Hills palace is only minutes from Rodeo Drive and The Beverly Hills Hotel, situated on one of the most secluded and private compounds on Benedict Canyon.
Behind the majestic gates the mansion sits on 14 acres, a five-parcel escape from every day. On the property is a 7,000-square foot Moroccan guest home with arched windows that bring the outdoors inside a California lifestyle. Cher personally upgraded the property herself,
If you’re into athletics, there’s a tennis court with cabana, horse and nature trails and an unfinished 20,000-foot main house with a pool overlooking the land and landscaping.
There are five deluxe stables with two white-graveled riding rings to create an equestrian heaven.
The sellers took $17 million off the original list price. Agents are Joshua Altman and brother Matthew Altman at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Beverly Hills.
