Motorhead’s Fast Eddie Clarke Dies

Edward “Fast Eddie” Clarke has died aged 67, it was reported Thursday. Motorhead says former guitarist

British hard rock band Motorhead said on Facebook that Clarke died Wednesday while being treated for pneumonia.

Clarke was the last original member of Motorhead. He joined in 1975 and left in 1982. Motorhead was founded by former Hawkwind bassist Lemmy Kilmister. The drummer was Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor, who died in 2015 along with Kilmister.

Kilmister has a statue at his hangout The Rainbow Bar and Grill on the Sunset Strip.
