Release – Julien’s Auctions has announced a partnership with award-winning producer and songwriter T-Bone Burnett’s Neo-Fidelity, Inc. Burnett’s ‘Iconic Original’ releases will be sold exclusively via Julien’s Auctions.

The “Ionic Original” is a one-of-one, hand-made, collector’s edition master recording, specifically arranged and performed for each individual recorded disc by the artist.
Using patented technology that represents the most significant advance in analog recording and durability in more than 70 years, “Ionic Originals” transform prestige musical audio works into singular, original, highest fidelity records. This is a new category of rarities to be offered.
Burnett’s NeoFidelity, Inc. developed “Ionic Originals'” patented technology which leverages advances in material sciences to develop a new physical audio format specifically designed for superior reproduction as well as preservation of analog sound. The newly developed discs advance the art of recorded sound and mark the first breakthrough in analog sound reproduction in more than 70 years.
The physical audio format contains purpose-engineered coatings and underlying composite polymers are applied to a traditional acetate substrate specifically designed for the superior reproduction and preservation of analog sound. This new collectable format is able to be experienced on existing playback equipment.
