Joey Armstrong and his band SWMRS are teaming with Vans in designing cool skate shoes to help support art education.
Drummer Joey Armstrong appears to be picked up a paintbrush instead of his drum sticks and designed a pair of shoes to help promote the program. Check out the Instagram feed:
“KEEP MUSIC AND ART IN SCHOOLS. BE WEIRD,” was written on SWMRS Instagram account. “We’re teamin up with @Vans to support art education. I designed these shoes to let everyone know about their high school art program #VansCustomCulture.”
Armstrong made sure to add his own copyright in effect with the words “Joey Armstrong strikes again” on the shoes.
